Dealing with procrastination

You don’t need willpower to beat procrastination, the only thing really needed is self-awareness. One very simple and often overlooked way to beat procrastination is having a plan. If you don’t make plan your brain will always seek pleasure and avoid pain so will always go for that instant gratification and cause you to procrastinate. When creating the dream life, that you want it is extremally important to beat procrastination so set clearly defined goals and daily steps. If after procrastination is still an issue you need to begin and look for other possible reasons such as fear, negative thoughts or feeling associated with a particular activity, finding the underlaying limiting beliefs etc. But the first step is grating your goals so go ahead and write your goals for next 6moths, then 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and 10 years and start with confidence that procrastination is not undefeatable. If you feel stuck reverse the 1year to 1 month then one week and to one day. You’ve got this.
